gotoyuzo b10696b568 * lib/webrick/cgi.rb (WEBrick::CGI#start): should set REMOTE_USER
to request.user attribute.

* lib/webrick/httpservlet/filehandler.rb
  (WEBrick::HTTPServlet::FileHandler#initialize): should expand
  the pathname of document root directory.
