nobu 028bd4ae15 stringio.gemspec: requires ruby 2.2 
* ext/stringio/stringio.gemspec: bump up required ruby version to
  2.2, which exports rb_get_kwargs() first.

StringIO

Pseudo IO class from/to String.

This library is based on MoonWolf version written in Ruby. Thanks a lot.

Differences to IO

  • fileno raises NotImplementedError.
  • encoding conversion is not implemented, and ignored silently.
