nobu 24b03b32e4 readline.c: use rb_setup_fake_str 
* ext/readline/readline.c (readline_s_delete_text): initialize a
  fake string by rb_setup_fake_str().

* internal.h (rb_setup_fake_str): allow extensions to call.

The Readline module provides interface for GNU Readline.
This module defines a number of methods to facilitate completion
and accesses input history from the Ruby interpreter.
This module supported Edit Line(libedit) too.
libedit is compatible with GNU Readline.
