Init functions are called only once, cache is useless.

StringIO

Pseudo IO class from/to String.

This library is based on MoonWolf version written in Ruby. Thanks a lot.

Differences to IO

  • fileno raises NotImplementedError.
  • encoding conversion is not implemented, and ignored silently.
