nobu 2c14872b9f stringio.c: use rb_str_append other than ASCII-8BIT * ext/stringio/stringio.c (strio_write): use rb_str_append to reuse coderange bits other than ASCII-8BIT, and keep taintedness. Pseudo (({IO})) class from/to (({String})).

This library is based on MoonWolf version written in Ruby.  Thanks a lot.

= Differences to (({IO}))

* not implemented: (({fcntl})), (({reopen})).
* (({fileno})) returns nil.
* (({pos=})) returns new position, not 0.
* (({ungetc})) does nothing at start of the string.
