nahi 6ea9e723ea * lib/xsd/datatypes.rb: dump sign by itself. under the problematic platform,
sprintf("%+.10g", -0.0) => +0.  Sigh.

* sample/wsdl/amazon/*: update schema ver2 to ver3.
