Use bundler v2 in development (#1463) Prior to this commit, the `Gemfile.lock` enforced the use of Bundler v1.17.3 which was released in 2014. On Ruby 3, this triggers the following deprecation warning: ``` /home/user/.rvm/gems/ruby-3.0.2@shoulda-matchers/gems/bundler-1.17.3/lib/bundler/shared_helpers.rb:118: warning: Pathname#untaint is deprecated and will be removed in Ruby 3.2. ``` Since the gem itself in v5.0.0 requires at least Ruby v2.6, it seems fair to require a recent version of Bundler v2, which in turn runs of every Ruby v2.3 or later.

Simplify Rubocop configuration The original Rubocop configuration was copied from other thoughtbot projects. Of course, Rubocop comes with its own set of default settings. Therefore, we don't need to re-specify settings that it already has -- we only need to specify the ones that we're overriding. Besides this, Rubocop isn't even in the Gemfile, so even though Hound runs on GitHub automatically, it'd be nice to spot style issues as you are editing files. Given this, this commit simplifies the Rubocop configuration and also adds Rubocop to the Gemfile so that you can configure your editor to lint files as you are editing them.

Use warnings_logger instead of warnings_spy `warnings_spy` was a little library I wrote to report warnings that came up during test runs and fail the CI build. A while back I extracted it to `warnings_logger`, so the version that exists here is obsolete.

Move dev dependencies to Gemfile Currently some dev dependencies are in the Gemfile, and some are in the gemspec. The dependencies in the Gemfile are there because they are using Bundler-specific options, so there is a legitimate reason for them to be there, however, it's confusing to have gems in two places. So the common denominator is to have them in the Gemfile.

To satisfy the above: * Instead of using Guard and guard-yard, use the fssm gem to manually watch various files. * Instead of using `yard server`, run `yard doc`, which *does* honor our custom template files. * You can run `rake autogenerate_docs` to make this happen; update the README accordingly.
