This adds the methods prepend_if_ee, extend_if_ee, and include_if_ee
that can be used to inject EE specific modules in EE.
These methods are exposed as an initializer that is loaded as soon as
possible. For tests that use fast_spec_helper.rb we must load this
initializer manually, as the Rails environment is not loaded. This is
not the most pretty setup, but unfortunately there is no alternative
that we can use.
To make this happen, we need to conditionally add the group_saml
strategy when running tests, but only on EE. This requires some changes
to Gitlab.ee? so that it can be used before/without loading the Rails
environment. We also have to change how we require a few files, so this
can run outside of Rails.
This significantly improves performance and reduces memory consumption
when parsing XML files. On a test with 124 JUnit files from a CE build,
there was about a 4x reduction in processing time.
