Jan Provaznik	0fc9f9d3e7	Add version 4.2 to all existing migrations ... DB schema generated by a migration may look different in rails 4 and 5 (because rails 5 may use different default values). For this reason it's important to explicitly set for which rails version a migration was written for. Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason	b6ba8cc696	Add ability suppress the global "You won't be able [use] SSH" message ... This fixes gitlab-org/gitlab-ce#49953, as noted in the documentation this feature is intended to be used when SSH certificates are enabled. Then this warning becomes not only pointless, but also misleading. This builds on top of gitlab-org/gitlab-ce!21009 since both need to modify the same documentation, which avoids a merge conflict.
