Updates specs to use new rails5 format.
The old format:
`get :show, { some: params }, { some: headers }`
The new format:
`get :show, params: { some: params }, headers: { some: headers }`

Display impersonation token value only after creation
...
Since we migrated all PersonlAccessTokens to store only its hash in the
DB, the token value can no longer be shown to the user.
