Jan Provaznik 0fc9f9d3e7 Add version 4.2 to all existing migrations 
DB schema generated by a migration may look different in
rails 4 and 5 (because rails 5 may use different default values).
For this reason it's important to explicitly set for which rails
version a migration was written for.

Z.J. van de Weg 269bc74506 Disable timeout while removing services 
On GitLab.com this migration could take about 3 minutes. Disabling the
statement we know we have enough time to complete this.

Z.J. van de Weg 1812d523a3 Remove unused services from the database 
This adds a migration to remove unused services, where the properties
are empty. As the properties are empty, those do not contain any
settings or other information.
