Fixed inner page tabs not being scrollable
...
Some inner page tabs where not scrollable like the top nav & this caused
them to break onto new lines mobile.
This pages include:
- dashboard/projects
- project -> merge_requests
- search
- project -> milestones
- project -> pipelines
