Fix namespace ambiguity with Kubernetes Pod definitions

This was causing a spec failure between Gitlab::Kubernetes::Helm::Pod and
Gitlab::Kubernetes::Helm::Api::Pod if one spec loaded the former
definition first.
Closes #41458
