Douglas Barbosa Alexandre 357f9898d5 Add OpenSSL::OpenSSLError to HTTP_ERRORS
Some services can raise OpenSSL::X509::CertificateError due
to an invalid SSL certificates, with OpenSSL::OpenSSLError
we can handle these errors.
