Remove JSX/React eslint plugins.
Change airbnb eslint config package to `eslint-config-airbnb-base` and update plugins.

Change `airbnb` to `airbnb-base` for .eslintrc `extends` value.

Added changelog entry

Made sure all plugins and envs are set

Corrected new failing specs
