3ebf5b7992 Prepare to split mutant-rspec from gem. 
* Moves all rspec integration into Mutant::Rspec namespace.
* Removes the unused --rspec-level option
* Mutant::Rspec::Strategy is smelly, has no state. Will make sense with
  future commits.
