Marcel Amirault 73c6477b7e Changing badges to use parentheses not brackets
Previously, we used brackets to denote the tier badges,
but this made Kramdown, the docs site Markdown renderer,
show many warnings when building the site. This is now
fixed by using parentheses instead of square brackets.

This was caused by [PREMIUM] looking like a link to
Kramdown, which couldn't find a URL there.

Navigate to it by going to Admin Area > Settings. Some of the settings include:

NOTE: Note: You can change the first day of the week for the entire GitLab instance in the Localization section of Admin area > Settings > Preferences.

GitLab.com admin area settings

Most of the settings under the Admin Area change the behavior of the whole GitLab instance. For GitLab.com, the admin settings are available only for the GitLab.com administrators, and the parameters can be found on the GitLab.com settings documentation.
